After your website is delivered
A basic guide to using your finished site. It is not a full training course.
Opening your site
Your web address is listed in your handoff notes. Bookmark it on your phone and computer, and open it once on each to check it looks right.
Checking inquiries
Your handoff notes say where form requests arrive (for example your email inbox). Check that inbox regularly, including spam, and reply from your own account.
Domain and hosting
Domain and hosting accounts are in your name wherever possible, and you pay those providers directly. Keep the logins safe and watch for renewal emails.
Payments
If your site links to a payment or booking tool, money goes to your own account with that provider. Their fees and payouts are managed in your account, not by Digital Certificate.
Support and change requests
For small edits, Website Care is optional at $50/month. Anything beyond the agreed scope is quoted before work starts. Contact details are in your handoff notes and on the Start a Project page.
