What the enquiry form stores
Business and contact details you type in, your answers, the time sent, and a one-way scrambled code of your connection used only for spam limits. Records are kept in a private, access-controlled database hosted by Lovable Cloud and are not shown on this site.
How it is used
Only to reply about your enquiry. Marketing messages are sent only if you ticked the separate marketing box. Details are not sold. Sharing a phone number is not permission for text messages unless you asked to be contacted by text.

Website-project payment and refunds
Website-project fees are requested only after the agreed work is completed, the customer confirms acceptance with no outstanding agreed corrections, and the Web Developer completes the handoff checklist. After acceptance and payment, completed services are final and no discretionary change-of-mind refunds are offered, except where required by applicable law or payment-provider rules. This policy does not restrict applicable cardholder dispute rights; a bank dispute is not a guaranteed refund. It applies only to website projects.

No leads, search rankings, sales or security outcomes are guaranteed. Domain, hosting, booking, payment-processing and usage costs are separate from package prices.
