The form asks what the site must do, what you already have, and what you want visitors to do. Sending it is an enquiry only — it commits you to nothing and creates no invoice.

Scope confirmation
I write back with the package that fits, what is inside it, and anything that would need a separate quote. If it is not a fit, I say so.

Limited preview (qualified projects only)
For projects where scope is clear and assets exist, I may build a limited preview. This is not automatic and not promised to every enquiry.

Scope and price approval
You approve the written scope and price before anything is billed. Nothing proceeds on assumption.

Payment
Payment comes after the scope is approved, never before. No enquiry creates a payment obligation.

Build, test and handoff
I build it, test it on phone and desktop, hand it over on your accounts, and record a short walkthrough.
How payment is meant to work
Payment happens after an approved scope, by card, on this site — without sending you off to another app.
The intended setup is an embedded card checkout handled by Stripe, where card details go directly to Stripe and are never held by this site. No secret key would ever live in the browser.
This is not connected and cannot take a payment today. No authorised Stripe connection exists on this project, so the checkout has been described rather than built. No alternative payment routing has been added, and no payment status is shown anywhere on the site.
Straight answers
Who owns the website and the accounts?
You do. The site is built on accounts in your name wherever possible — domain, hosting, scheduler, payment processor. Nothing is held hostage; at handoff you have the logins.
What does it cost in total?
The package price is one-off and fixed: Focus $100, Business $349, Extended $749, Build With Me $100 per session. On top of that you pay your own providers for the domain, hosting, any scheduler, payment processing fees and usage-based services. Website Care is $50/month and entirely optional.
How long will it take?
Timing is agreed after your text, images and scope are confirmed — not at enquiry. The single biggest delay on small projects is waiting on content, so a date given before assets exist would be a guess.
How do revisions work?
Focus includes one round, Business two, Extended three. A round means you send your notes together and I work through them. Changes that add pages or workflows beyond the package are a separate quote rather than a free extra.
Can customers book and pay on my site?
If you already use a scheduler or a hosted payment link, those can be embedded or linked inside a package. Booking requests can also be collected by a form that you confirm manually. A custom cart, live availability or a bespoke checkout is a separately quoted build.
What about custom features like inventory, accounts or an app?
Those are genuinely separate projects with their own scope and price. They are not folded into a package, and nothing here is sold as 'everything included'.
Do you use AI to build?
Yes, AI-assisted tooling is part of how these sites get built quickly at these prices. Every page is reviewed and tested by me before handoff. It does not come with any guarantee of results — no leads, no rankings, no traffic, no security outcome is promised.
What support do I get afterwards?
Handoff includes a short recorded walkthrough so you can make basic edits yourself. If you want me to handle small edits, Website Care is $50/month for up to 30 minutes of minor content or link edits, with a response within 2 business days. Unused minutes do not roll over, and it is not unlimited or 24/7.
Is anything here a contract?
No. This is a draft site and the pricing shown is a proposal. Written terms, refund conditions and a privacy policy have not been published yet.
